Hi, I'm Katrin.
I work with founders, CEOs, and leaders of small to medium-sized businesses to re-establish clarity when the old playbook is no longer working. Our work is direct, reflective, and grounded — no jargon, no performance, just real conversations that move things forward.
I began in consulting and leadership development, working with organizations such as Roche, ING, Continental, and OSRAM. Eight years ago, I stepped away to explore something deeper — travelling from Mexico and Central America to India and Bali, immersing myself in mindfulness, human development, and transformative work. First as a student, eventually as a facilitator leading retreats and personal transformation programs.
Without planning it, more and more business leaders found their way into my work. What I realized is that leadership is leadership — whether you're in a boardroom or holding space for sixty people on retreat. Today I work internationally with founders and executives leading companies up to $10M in revenue, having worked with 500+ leaders across 1:1 coaching, group settings, and retreats.

Over the years, I've found myself showing up with less need to prove, more presence, and more trust in what emerges through honesty and real conversation.
